Establishing Expertise in Aircraft Leasing
Aairavat Lease Co1 Ltd (AaLC1) is an Ireland based Limited Liability company engaged in the financing and leasing of aircraft.
Established in 2023, the firm has a diverse mix of talent well versed with intricacies of the business. We are South Asia experts and the firm has bid for the purchase of aircraft portfolios on lease to airlines with Tier1 credit in the South Asia geography.
AaLC1 is initially focused on the South Asia geography keeping in mind our experience with the region, the growth potential of the region, geopolitical dynamics, lessor concentration and credit risk and a strategic plan to attract more investors from the region.
We focus on aircraft as an asset class leveraging the characteristics and risk reward combination relative to other major asset classes. Aircraft returns are not highly correlated with other asset classes, so they provide a diversification opportunity. Our belief is that a relatively small leased aircraft fleet of highly liquid aircraft with strong lessees provides for a strong foundation and stable returns.
Our focus combines operator experience, fundamental research, quantitative analysis and portfolio structuring to identify and allocate capital. In addition to our own capabilities, we also partner with teams on asset management.
